Use this form to withdraw from your order if you bought non-personalized item(s) for personal use and are residing in the EU. You can withdraw from one, several, or all of the items in your order. Once you submit the form, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received your withdrawal request. Please note that withdrawing is the first step - to complete it, you'll also need to return the relevant items to us as per the Return Policy.
